The motorcycle inner tube is an essential part of the motorcycle tire, which stores and maintains air pressure inside the tire to provide support and cushioning for the wheel. Initially, motorcycle inner tubes were made of natural rubber, but over time, the materials used to manufacture them have evolved.

The traditional size system is based on measuring the outer diameter of the tire. This approach is usually taken in inches (26 “, 27”, etc.), or in millimeters (650,700, and so on.).

The butyl rubber inner tube has good air tightness, heat resistance, elasticity, aging resistance, and small permanent deformation. The inner tube colloid of butyl gum has good self-closing performance and high gas density.
